With the California-based company keeping things so close to its chest, it’s unusual for Sky to give consumers such massive clues about the future. The September 14 deadline on Sky Mobile’s pre-registration page also coincides perfectly with a number of rumors about the iPhone 13 launch date.
A recent report from YouTube show Front Page Tech, which has a pretty solid track record of detailing Apple’s unannounced products, confirms the above date. According to sources speaking with the show, the iPhone 13 will hit store shelves worldwide on September 24th, with pre-orders starting online a week earlier on September 17th.
If there is an event next week, Apple will almost certainly be launching invitations within the next few days, so full confirmation of the iPhone 12 launch could arrive soon.
This could be another big year for this popular device as Apple is expected to introduce a number of new features and upgrades to its iPhone range. Perhaps the biggest news is that the next generation of iPhones will finally get a 120Hz screen that will improve the speed of scrolling through emails and websites. This is a feature that most Android phones have had for a while, so it makes sense for Apple to follow suit.
