The drying time was a little longer, so I had to polish and veneer the product on my inner tear duct halfway through the drying process, otherwise it would settle a little in my fine lines. It wore out well for nine hours before wrinkling afterwards.

Formula overview

It’s said to be long-lasting, with a “sliding” consistency with “soft focus lighting pigments” that “smooth out lines and imperfections”. They tend to have a semi-opaque to opaque color coverage in one piece, but they can be diffused for a transparent tint if desired.
The texture has more of a gel-cream feel; noticeably soft and easy to slide, but not as “wet” as one would expect. The formula has good adhesion and won’t stain when mixed, which can be a problem with wetter formulas. It has a longer drying time, which in my opinion makes the formula more prone to slight wrinkles during this initial period of use.
In the past, like when the formula was originally released, I’ve had more wrinkles when applied and while wearing it (albeit always “faint” than disastrous, which confused me!). I’ve found that with newer shades it’s more limited to wrinkling at first, but once I smooth and buff the product it doesn’t seem to wrinkle for the next seven to eight hours.
At some point I get slight wrinkles – albeit never that bad: where I can see it, but if I blink you probably wouldn’t notice – after about eight hours of wear.
