Rumor has it that Samsung is stepping up its mid-range with some incredible flagship features that might make you think twice about buying a Galaxy S21, S21 +, or S21 Ultra. The Galaxy S21 was launched just a few weeks ago and is Samsung’s first flagship product in 2021. The new handset received positive reviews. Express.co.uk described it as a “really excellent upgrade” but it’s not a “show stopper”. .
We praised the S21 for its lower price, improved design, solid battery life, and great screen.
If you’ve been tempted to upgrade to the Galaxy S21, we can see why there are plenty of reasons to choose the flagship.
However, new leaks can indicate that you might want to hold the fire a little longer.
That’s because the mid-range, lower-priced Galaxy A52 and A72 supposedly have flagship-quality features that you would expect from much more expensive phones.
As reported by SamMobileThere are some high-end features that could be significant for these mid-range phones.

Initially, the Galaxy A52 and A72 are expected to be equipped with screens that offer a refresh rate of 90 Hz.
Budget and mid-range phones typically have a 60 Hz screen, with such a high refresh rate being virtually unknown in phones at this price point – apart from the OnePlus Nord N10 5G.
The 90 Hz screen on the A52 and A72 should result in a much sleeker experience and smoother animation.
But that’s not all, as the A52 5G supposedly has a screen with a refresh rate of 120 Hz.
This type of ad is one that you would expect from a much more expensive flagship.
And that may not be the only big feature for the A52 5G.
According to SamMobile, the A52 5G should again have IP67 dust and water resistance.
In this case, it’s the first time since 2017 that the South Korean tech giant has offered dust and water resistance for its mid-range phones.
The Galaxy A52 5G specs have also allegedly leaked. The phone is expected to have a 6.5-inch Full HD + Super AMOLED screen, powered by a Snapdragon 750G processor, and either 6GB or 8GB of RAM and 128GB / 256GB internal memory – depending on which model you choose.
The A52 5G is also said to have a 32-megapixel front camera and a rear camera unit with a 64-megapixel main camera sensor.
The new Samsung cell phone should also be operated with a 4,500 mAh battery and support fast charging.
The best thing, however, is the price: The A52 5G is expected to cost 450 euros and will be launched towards the end of next month.
This is considerably cheaper than the entry-level Galaxy S21, which costs 769 euros.
And the lower price doesn’t mean that you have to save on features. The A52 5G looks like it could offer many features that are usually found on more expensive flagship devices.
As always with rumors, it is best to take it with a pinch of salt until confirmed. But if it is true, it is very exciting indeed.
