Good Morning! Is everyone excited about the holiday this week?!?!? I can’t wait to fire up the grill and relax with Chicken Legs and the cats. The 4th of July is one of my favorite holidays. I love all the fireworks and cooking out. Today, I am sharing our weekly menu that includes our 4th of July menu. SO much yummy food!

Don’t forget my tip for cooking grilled chicken indoors – pan sear for 3 or 4 minutes on each side and then bake on a rimmed baking sheet at 400ºF for 10 minutes. You can check out this post for Cast Iron Skillet Burgers for tips on how to cook the juiciest burgers indoors.

All of the recipes will easily feed a family of four. Many of the recipes can be made in advance and refrigerated or frozen for later. I love to make a few recipes on Sunday for super easy meals during the week.
