Water aerobics: Try swimming suits instead of welding straps

“Get this knee up, mom!” I screamed. “Higher! High your neighbors since marijuana legal here!”

If they had told me five years ago that I would rib deep in the pool of my parents and with my loved ones with a water-aerobic routine that I was out, I would tell them that they should jump into a lake.

I am usually the type of person who likes to relax at the pool. But if you want to train outdoors in Las Vegas in summer, you have to become creative.

So I channeled my water in the water and created low -scale aerobics routines that combined exercises with topics that I thought was interesting. For example, the workout with wild animals with Nevada included a minute of the joggens like when jogging by a Gila monster, the only reality from Nevada. And then I inspired funny facts like the Gila Monster’s Venom a little life-changing medication, which you may call GLP-1.

Let’s just say, we learned a lot of random things in summer. And we increased our heart rate and had fun.

I am not a certified trainer from Water Aerobic for recording – that’s a real job. And one that is becoming increasingly popular as growing research shows that water -aerobic is good for your heart, muscles and even your brain.
