Lessons that you are keeping over water at the moment …
“Leaving the illusion of control. I remember that peace is not a reward, it is essential. And above all, my ‘no’ sacred. Limits are an act of self-love and I do not learn to negotiate with things that interfere with my peace.”
I would do exercise for the rest of my life …
“Pilates all day, every day. It’s gentle, but violent. It teaches you how to breathe through symptoms and how to show up for yourself with grace. And it keeps the core strong – mentally and physically.”
Tiebied to my fitness routine …
“Definitely break my soul from Beyoncé because every training feels as if I was publishing something – be it stress, fear or doubt. And in the end I feel born again – as if I have reclaimed my power!”
When promoting my intellectual health …
If I could put a break on life for a day, only from mental wellness purposes, I would disappear without a cell phone signal in nature. Only me, a diary, a tea, a look at the mountains and a blanket. Self -care routine that I can never save on …
“Skin care and prayer – even if it only takes two minutes. This is that the events of the day clean – not only from my skin, but also from my mind!”
Traditional SA-Court, which I wish, calorie-free …
“Umphokoqo with Amasi, undoubtedly! It is comfort in a bowl-creamy, nostalgic and so satisfactory. If I could make it magically calorie-free, I would have it for breakfast, lunch and dinner without second thoughts.”
Three people that I would take back with mindfulness …
“Skye, my daughter, because her energy is purely magic. She reminds me of staying present, laughing more and staying curious. My mother because she is my anchor. Her strength and calm wisdom have the woman I am today. I am shaped today. And my spiritual mentor because her presence prayed me.

Funny moment during training …
“I once put a weight on my foot in the middle of training and made myself for the scenes of the next day because I thought I could multitasking. The greatest lesson that taught me-focus or autumn, babes [chuckles]. “”
Meal in the busiest days …
“A warm roasted vegetable and chickpea salad with quinoa, avocado, lemon, olive oil, fresh jalapeño and a handful of roasted seeds such as pumpkin, sunflowers and sesame.
Most of the feared exercises …
“Burpees. I have the feeling that they were invented by someone who only wanted to see in harmony. But they work, I’ll give them that! Stairmaster/climber – yoh!”
