The Most Underrated Key to Spiritual Growth

For centuries, people have explored meditation, mantras, and spiritual techniques for growth. Beliefs shape our reality, influencing individual and collective experiences. Traditions from around the world share a common connection to the divine. This connection brings us closer to unity and our true nature. However, not all spiritual practices guide us toward truth, and there may be an underrated key to spiritual growth.

In modern times, some techniques serve egos rather than spiritual growth. Such practices can distort the truth by focusing on one aspect only. This imbalance becomes dangerous when a partial truth is mistaken for the whole. Many practitioners, unable or unwilling to see beyond their preferences, limit themselves. It is vital to recognize the wisdom behind teachings, not just the words. Spirituality must connect us to universal truth and unity, or it risks causing disconnection.

Today, we explore an underrated key to spiritual growth accessible to everyone. People tend to associate spiritual growth with complex or elaborate practices. This technique’s simplicity makes it easy to dismiss. However, its power lies in how it connects fundamental aspects of your being. This technique, balancing the right and left sides of our being, is powerful. It nurtures both your physical and energetic bodies, promoting harmony. It integrates your spiritual ideals with your material reality. Achieving balance helps you overcome illusions and ground your aspirations. You’ll feel more connected to yourself, others, and the divine source.

1. Understanding the Physical Balance of Polarities

The first step is recognizing imbalances in your body. Pay attention to how you sit or move daily. For instance, do you feel tension on one side more than the other? If your right side overpowers, your electric energy dominates your magnetic energy. This often happens when physical or material tasks take precedence over intuition.

When the right side is overactive, you pursue tasks excessively and forget to attract opportunities. This imbalance can lead to unnecessary challenges and emotional strain. By identifying which side is dominant, you can consciously train the other. For example, use the non-dominant side more in physical activities.

Your thoughts can also reveal imbalances. Intrusive thoughts like “I didn’t accomplish enough today” may signal overuse of the right side. Identifying only with the physical self creates emotional damage, as it neglects intuition and feelings

2. Exploring the Energetic Body

Our energy body comprises electrical (right) and magnetic (left) energies, with the middle as the balance point. For spiritual growth, the goal is to reach and maintain this middle point. Achieving balance in the middle aligns you with your true nature and spiritual path.

Even a moment of balance in the middle can be transformative. Once experienced, this alignment reveals the next steps in maintaining equilibrium. Each chakra also has its own middle point, with the soul’s center located between the solar plexus and heart.

Imbalance can also occur between the upper and lower parts of your body. Staying too much in the upper chakras may cause disconnection from reality. You might fantasize excessively, losing touch with your career or physical responsibilities. On the other hand, staying in the lower chakras may disconnect you from higher energies. Balancing these energies is key to aligning spiritual ideals with physical reality.

3. Practicing the Balancing Technique

Before attempting this technique, take time to reflect and apply the previous insights. Begin by grounding yourself through breathing and body awareness. Place your attention between the solar plexus and heart, focusing on your soul.

Visualize your body as four parts: above the solar plexus (right and left) and below the solar plexus (right and left). The technique involves connecting each part to either the earth or the source.

  1. Grounding the Lower Body:
Begin with the lower right side of your body. With each breath, visualize energy strings extending from your body into the earth. Repeat this process with the lower left side, creating a deep connection to the ground. This establishes a channel for energy exchange with the earth.
  2. Connecting the Upper Body to the Source:
Shift focus to the upper right side of your body. Breathe out, visualizing energy pushing upward and pulling you toward the source. Do the same with the upper left side. Imagine the energy forming a complete circle around your being.
  3. Creating a Sphere of Energy:
With all parts connected, visualize the energy forming a glowing sphere around you. This sphere represents your expanded energy field, harmonized and balanced.
  4. Returning to the Middle:
Focus on your diaphragm, the area between your solar plexus and heart. Begin pulling the sphere inward using your magnetic energy. The electric energy assists, creating a vortex that draws the sphere into your center. This vortex symbolizes balance and alignment.

4. Focus on YOU

Focusing on your whole being is vital for spiritual growth and inner harmony. You have always been there for yourself, even in the hardest times. Reflect on the inner resources you discovered, like strength, imagination, and resilience. These moments reveal that you are more than just a body; you contain infinite qualities within. At times, seeking help from the divine is essential for guidance and clarity.

Keep your crown chakra open, allowing universal wisdom and energy to flow freely. Don’t limit yourself to just your physical body; explore the spiritual truths around you. Nature holds profound wisdom—connect with it to deepen your understanding of yourself. Water, for example, can teach you to flow, adapt, and form a vortex within. The vortex is the most powerful energy source in nature, that can restructure your emotions and body. It is everywhere and the key to spiritual growth. Stay open to learning more about your nature, as it’s intimately connected to creation.
