JFC Announces 2026 Facets Honorees

Jewelers for Children (JFC) has announced it will honor Michael Lerche, CEO of Goldstar Jewellery, and J.K. Symancyk, CEO of Signet Jewelers, at its 2026 Facets fundraising gala, to be held during the JCK show.

Taking place at the Venetian Resort in Las Vegas on May 31, Facets—an annual event, now in its 28th year—brings together more than 700 jewelry industry leaders each year for an evening of connection, celebration, and philanthropy, with proceeds directly benefiting nonprofit organizations dedicated to improving the lives of children in need.

“We are proud to have two excellent honorees this year. Michael and J.K. exemplify leadership, integrity, and a deep commitment to giving back,” said Craig Stern, JFC’s board chair, in a statement. “Their impact on our industry, and their dedication to supporting children and families, make them incredibly deserving honorees. As we celebrate over $1.2 million donated to our nonprofit partners last year, we look forward to being able to give even more in 2026.”

Sponsorship opportunities and ticket sales for Facets are open now.

Select Jewelry Signs On as Italian Gold Line’s Distributor

Select Jewelry has entered into an exclusive agreement with Italian luxury group Graziella to become the North American distributor of Graziella Air lightweight gold technology.

Developed by Graziella’s gold division and utilizing a proprietary manufacturing process, Graziella Air produces gold jewelry up to 50% lighter than traditionally made pieces. For retailers, this can mean high-volume retail price points despite record gold prices.

“Graziella Air technology represents a major advancement for the gold jewelry category at retail,” said Ronny Seliktar, president of Select Jewelry. “It enables retailers to protect the price points consumers respond to most while maintaining the healthy margins required in today’s surging gold market and evolving tariff environment. This innovation gives our retail partners a powerful new way to confidently grow their gold jewelry business.”

Graziella Air collections will debut at jewelry retailers across the United States and Canada throughout 2026, according to Select.
