Ingredients
- 1½ cups oat flour
- ½ cup shredded coconut flakes
- 2 scoops Biogen Complete Whey, Salted Caramel flavour
- ⅓ cup milk
- 1–2 tbsp nut butter
- ½ cup brown dates, mashed
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
- ¼ tsp ground ginger
- Pinch of salt
