This protein pancake bowl recipe puts a fresh spin on a firm weekend breakfast favourite, helping you start your morning on a delicious note with a beneficial protein dose.
This fluffy, protein-filled meal is easy to customise with your favourite fruits and toppings to meet any occasion or taste preference.
Ingredients
- 1½ cups buckwheat flour or oat flour
- 1 large scoop Biogen Iso-Whey, Strawberry flavour
- Sweetener (optional)
- Milk (enough to achieve a smooth batter)
- Fruit to top
- Syrup to serve
- Milk or yoghurt to serve

Method
- In a bowl, mix the flour, Biogen Iso-Whey, and any desired sweetener. Gradually whisk in milk until you have a smooth, pourable batter.
