[RECIPE] Collagen Cookie Dough Stuffed Dates


Try this Collagen Cookie Dough Stuffed Dates recipe for an indulgent sweet treat, perfect as a snack, pre-workout fuel, or a tasty dessert.

Ingredients

  • 6–8 medjool dates, seeds removed
  • ⅓ cup almond butter
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup chopped pistachios (plus extra for rolling)
  • ⅓ cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup coconut flour
  • 1 scoop Biogen Iso-Whey Premium Protein powder, Chocolate flavour
  • 1–2 scoops Biogen Peptan Collagen Powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • Splash of milk, if needed

Biogen Peptan Collagen Powder has 10g Peptan® per serving. Peptan® is type 1 Hydrolyzed Collagen, the same Collagen that is found in human bones and skin. Peptan® is a high purity natural bioactive product containing more than 97% Protein (on a dry weight basis), supplied in a form that can be easily used and digested by the human body, as shown by scientific analysis.

Method

  1. Mix almond butter and honey together until smooth. Add a little milk if needed. Stir in almond flour, coconut flour, protein powder, collagen powder, pistachios, chocolate chips, and a pinch of salt. Mix until it forms a cookie dough consistency.
  2. Fill each pitted date with 1–2 teaspoons of the cookie dough mixture.
  3. Roll the stuffed dates in crushed pistachios. Drizzle with melted chocolate and a touch of honey if you’d like extra indulgence.
  4. Place the dates in the freezer for at least 30 minutes. Serve chilled for a chewy, cookie-dough-filled bite!
