[RECIPE] Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Chia Pudding


This creamy, dreamy Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Chia Pudding recipe is packed with protein, fibre and healthy fats to keep you satisfied and energised.

It’s a great option for a moreish breakfast or an after-dinner dessert option that satisfies your sweet tooth without unwanted sugar.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plant-based milk
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • 1 scoop Biogen Plant Based Protein Powder, Chocolate flavour 
  • 1 tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 tsp maple syrup or honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a jar or bowl and whisk until smooth.
