This high-protein dessert is indulgent but it’s simple to make, takes just minutes to create a satisfying option for a post-workout treat or something to soothe those sweet cravings.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Greek yoghurt
- 1–2 scoops Biogen Iso Whey Premium, Chocolate Brownie flavour
- 1 tbsp honey
- Melted chocolate, for coating
- Fresh fruit, to serve

- In a bowl, combine the Greek yoghurt, protein powder, and honey. Stir until completely smooth and creamy.
- Spoon the mixture into silicone moulds and freeze until fully set (about 2–3 hours).
- Once frozen, remove from moulds and pour or dip in melted chocolate. Allow the coating to set.
- Serve with fresh fruit for added freshness and texture.
