Ingredients

  • 2–4 scoops Biogen Creamy Rice Energy Meal
  • Milk or water (for cooking)
  • 2 medium bananas
  • Honey, to serve
  • Extra milk, to serve
  • Nut butter or cookie butter (like Biscoff), to serve
  • Caramelised nuts, to serve

How to make it 

  1. Add 2–4 scoops of Energy Meal to a bowl. Gradually stir in milk or water until smooth, with no lumps. Cook according to pack instructions until thick and creamy.
  2. Slice the bananas and heat a little coconut oil in a pan. Cook the banana slices until golden and slightly caramelised on both sides.
  3. Spoon the warm porridge into a bowl. Top with caramelised banana, a drizzle of honey, a splash of milk, and a generous spoonful of nut or cookie butter. Finish with a sprinkle of caramelised nuts for crunch.
