[RECIPE] Banana Peanut Butter Pudding

This Banana Peanut Butter Pudding recipe is a simple, no-bake dessert option that delivers creamy layers of peanut buttery goodness with a crunchy texture, without compromising on nutrition.

 Ingredients

  • 300g cottage cheese
  • ¼  cup honey
  • 2 scoops Biogen Complete Whey, Peanut Butter and Banana flavour
  • ⅓ cup natural peanut butter
  • Pinch of salt
  • Crushed biscuits of choice
  • Sliced banana for serving

Biogen Complete Whey is a delicious, high-protein shake that contains a precise blend of high biological value, fast and slower digesting proteins with the ideal ratio of whey, casein, milk protein concentrate, and plant proteins. This protein profile provides a timed-release formulation with a superior amino acid profile that allows for optimum nitrogen retention.

Method

  1. In a blender, combine the cottage cheese, honey, peanut butter, and protein powder. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  2. Grab your jars or dessert cups. Layer in some crushed biscuits at the bottom, followed by a spoonful of the creamy pudding mixture, then top with sliced banana. Repeat layers as desired.
  3. Pop the jars in the fridge to chill for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Serve cold and enjoy the creamy bliss.
