I’m really impressed with this Pilates kit. it has everything I need in one package to set up my home workouts. The 14.5” Pilates ring is sturdy but has just the right amount of resistance, and the small Pilates ball is perfect for core work and stretching. I especially like that it comes with a variety of resistance bands, which makes it easy to adjust the intensity of my workouts and keep things from feeling repetitive.

Received the kit to prepare for my 28 days of at home Pilates challenge. The kit is decent quality, good range of bands and strengths, cubicle works well, appreciate the weights. The downside is the ball does not hold air well. There isn’t an inner seal, and only a plastic button so have had to refill it a couple of times. Otherwise great kit, especially for beginners, at the price point.
