Our Top Sellers This Month

Well, it’s already that time of the month where I round up all of our top sellers. Which, what the heck…how are we already going into March?!

I will say, though, it’s kinda refreshing to see some spring outfit inspo popping up. There’s a lot of muted blue shades this month like this slouchy tee, these retro-inspired sneakers or this vest that I can’t wait to see styled up. And, a pretty linen dress? Okay, maybe I am ready for the warm weather…

Besides all of those muted blues, of course, there’s some denim in the mix — Shana’s fave Risen jeans and the sweatpant-jeans you’ve probably heard us wax poetic about. Oh, and these leggings. AGAIN.

1. SPANXshape EveryWear Flare Jeans

At Spanx

I was too happy to see these show up in the best sellers. It first started with our roundup of jeans inspired by Kendrick’s flares (of course), then Laura did a try-on with the SPANX pair. I love.

Laura’s Note: I’m a little more Kendrick Lamar height than the model here, lol, so I ordered the Petite length (thankfully they offer a range of sizing!) But I will say they are pretty fitted. Since these are pull-on style jeans though, I wouldn’t say size up because they will give with wear. They’re stretchy and we don’t want to be hiking them up all day. The rise on the Petite was a little shorter than I’d like, but the length is perfect. The wash, which I know has nothing to do with fit, but…the wash is so good! If you’re truly between sizes you may want to size up, but I have a feeling like I said these will give a bit with wear due to the stretch. The rise isn’t specified on the site, but I would imagine it’s slightly higher on the standard versus the petite.

2. Free People Aimee Denim Vest

At Nordstrom

Oooo, Jess! Love this find. Especially love that the buttons don’t go allll the way down, so you can wear with anything high-waisted.

Jess’ Note: I have a feeling I’ll be wearing this all spring. Such a versatile top option.

3. Rag & Bone Miramar Sofie Cotton Terry Sweatpant Jeans

At Nordstrom

These jeans are back in our top sellers (and for good reason). Who the heck doesn’t want sweatpants, but in jean-form??

Shana’s Note: Of all of the jeans in this try-on, these are my favorite. They really do feel like they’re made from terry, yet they look 100% like jeans. Even the waistband holds up like real jeans, without being squeezy. Despite the softer fabric, the wash is GORGEOUS. Rag&Bone has completely nailed the faded black wash – these are the standard to which I’ll hold all other black washes for years to come.

4. Avalanche Drawstring Waist Legging

At Amazon

Okay, guys. Is this gonna be our running joke that these keep ending up in top sellers? I get it, though. Nobody wants leggings that roll down, so these are worth the try.

Laura’s Note: Didn’t roll much! Because of the mid-waistband drawstring these stayed up pretty well. These leggings were good…really a solid choice for under $40 for sure, but I need to try the Medium (only the Large was available for quicker shipping for this round of try-ons.) They border on a little too thick for workouts, but would be a great everyday option.

5. Quince Cashmere Tee

At Quince

The kinda tee you can call fancy, right? It’s cashmere!

Abby’s Note: 100% Grade-A Mongolian cashmere. And $44.

6. Hue Air Cushion Assorted 3-Pack Crew Socks

At Nordstrom

I love a good cream-colored tall sock over leggings just to add a little something. These retro stripes are even better. Comes in other colors, too.

Amy’s Note: I’ve been wearing these socks for years now, just grabbing the white ones from Amazon, because they’re the perfect height to feel modern while not so long/bulky it’s a puzzle to style. I just noticed Nordstrom is also carrying them in some adorable 3-packs, I’m loving these pink tones!

7. Abercrombie & Fitch Linen-Blend Button Skort

At Abercrombie

You might know that I’m Abercrombie’s biggest fan, dresses included. Love that this one has a skort (THANK YOU). No peep shows over here.

Shana’s Note: Made from natural fibers, available in petite, regular, and tall sizes, and goes up to XXL. Get one of the prints – I’m thinking the cherries? This is the kind of piece I’ll wear allllll summer, and bring on every vacation. Soooo good.

8. Tumi Halstead Backpack

At Nordstrom

Okaaay, Tumi. This might be the coolest, techy laptop bag I’ve ever seen.

Shana’s Note: This TUMI is, admittedly, very cool.

9. Sorel ROAM’N RVT Clog

At Nordstrom

Something to give full-length jeans a little height? I’m into it. I’m leaning towards the cream, but the tan and black are speaking to me, too. For Abby’s full take, check out her answering some reader Q’s.

Abby’s Note: Update: I FOUND THESE! Woah. Reviewers say they’re snow-approved (obviously with socks) and seriously comfortable…

10. Sam Edelman Kallen Sneaker

At Nordstrom | At Macy’s (in silver)

Every single color of these shoes is great, but I think a lot of you guys went for the silver. I’m with Abby, though — can’t decide between blue or coral.

Abby’s Note: Coastal Blue or Canyon Coral?? Help.

11. CUPSHE One Piece Scallop Trim Bathing Suit

At Kohl’s | At Amazon

This suit comes in a few different colors, but my boring self is tempted to try the black. CUPSHE’s a great inexpensive swim brand, too.

Abby’s Note: The one in the prettiest, dark lagoon blue.

12. Citizens of Humanity Aris Rugby Shirt

At Nordstrom | At Bloomie’s | At Citizens of Humanity (in navy)

So, I really like this shirt in the navy, but it’s only in stock on Citizen’s website. However, the cream + tan colors on the stripes would look so great with light-wash jeans/shorts, too.

Amy’s Note: Rugby-style shirts have been a hot ticket item for a minute, but this one is easily the coolest I’ve seen

13. The Great The Varsity College Cotton Sweatshirt

At Nordstrom

I mean…of course I need this. Love those retro stripes.

Abby’s Note: Vintagey and cool. So, obviously The Great(est).

14. Favorite Daughter The Quinn Crop Rib Cardigan

At Nordstrom

I’m still not over these little cardigans, and I think that’ll continue heavily into the spring. And, gosh, those buttons.

Julieta’s Note: Worth it? I can’t get this cardigan out of my mind.

15. Savage x Fenty Not Sorry Unlined Lace Balconette Bra

At Nordstrom

Besides the light and dark florals, there’s another pretty pattern I’m tempted by. And, just because V-Day has passed doesn’t mean we can’t get some pretty bras.

Shana’s Note: For Valentine’s Day: this really pretty floral bra (50% off, Black owned business).

16. Free People Love Rose Oversize Graphic T-Shirt

At Nordstrom

Ahhh, so cute. Love the blue and yellow, but a little hint of orangey-red always gets me, too.

Shana’s Note: I love this graphic tee (in either color, but especially the blue) – it would look seriously cute layered over a turtleneck now, or with easy cut-offs this summer. It’s the kind of tee I usually end up using as a cover-up on the beach, too.

17. Beach Riot Celine Cutout One-Shoulder Swimsuit

At Nordstrom

Love the asymmetrical cut on this suit. Torn between the red and black (and okay, the white + tan, too).

Shana’s Note: Beach Riot swimsuits are some of my favorites. They’re cute, and really really comfortable. It’s ribbed + it’s stretchy, and has nothing that’s itchy — the seams are actually really soft.

18. Sam Edelman Cooper Lug Sole Boot

At Nordstrom

I think this style of boot will be in my forever-winter-wardrobe (you can maybe quote me on that).

Shana’s Note: If you’re still trying to figure out boots with jeans this winter (haha me too), these Sam Edelman boots look like The Row.

19. Vince Venice Slingback Pointed Toe Kitten Heel Pump

At Nordstrom

I am allll about the kitten heels. Life’s too short to be uncomfortable, but heels arguably make jeans feel special, and some occasions call for ‘em. So, I’ll compromise with a kitten.

Shana’s Note: I still love those old Vince Claire D’Orsay pumps, bought 6+ years ago – they have such a sexy, cool shape! – but I can’t really walk in heels that high anymore. Vince’s Venice Slingback heels, however, also have an interesting twist, really good reviews, but a much lower heel. They’re also 50% off, so hmmmmm.

20. Risen Mila High Rise Full Length Straight Leg Jeans

At Social Threads

S has done some Risen jean try-ons in the past, and these are my personal fave that she’s tried out.

Shana’s Note: FINALLY. Social Threads quickly sold out of my favorite Risen Jeans, The Mila, last fall (see them on me, here), but they’re now they’re back and fully stocked. They’re perfectly executed straight-leg jeans: not too tight, not overly loose, with a medium-blue wash. And? They’re only $69.

See ya next month with more top sellers!

Oh hey, Pinners…
