Does anyone else feel like February, despite its short 28 days, is the longest month? With the cold and snow we’ve had this year, you feel every single day of it. So long, February, I say.
Between Valentine’s Day and the amethyst birthstone, February did bring a number of good jewels, though. Purple is always a welcome sight when all you can see outside is the white of snow.
Plenty of hearts came through this month, but I was drawn just as much in the spirit of Valentine’s to rose gold. I’m hoping this is something that sticks around, because rose gold pairs beautifully with the ballet pink that’s currently strong. I love this hue of gold for its departure from yellow, but it’s not too far away that the two can’t be worn together harmoniously.
These are the jewels from my February inbox, full of hearts, warm tones, and stunning designs.
