  • pounds Italian sausage casings removed
  • 1 (25-oz) package frozen cheese ravioli
  • 1 (22-oz) jar Alfredo sauce
  • 1 (8-oz) container sour cream
  • 1 (15-oz) container ricotta cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 large eggs lightly beaten
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese
  • Preheat oven to 350ºF. Lightly spray a 9×13-inch pan with cooking spray.

  • In a large skillet, cook sausage until no longer pink. Drain fat.

  • In a large bowl, mix together cooked sausage, frozen ravioli, Alfredo sauce, sour cream, ricotta, garlic, eggs, parmesan and parsley. Stir well.

  • Pour pasta mixture into prepared pan and top with mozzarella cheese.

  • Bake, uncovered, for 30 to 40 minutes, until bubbly.
