Welcome to the Women’s Wellness Group Podcast! This is the very first episode. Thank you for taking the time to listen.

In this podcast I introduce myself and the Women’s Wellness group.

I then discuss the importance of creating sustainable habits and how I help my clients do so. I think it’s important not to put too much pressure on yourself all at once. Start with a few goals and build from there.

The 4 principles I address are:
