Friday Treat: Mango Sale | British Beauty Blogger

[unpaid/affiliate] The Mango sale has started and it’s a particular favourite of mine – less chaotic than Zara and less identifiable too. I’m quite good at thinking ahead rather than just considering the now so I’ve pulled out three items that I think will work through all seasons.

The black cashmere knit – this one has a Perkins neck which I had to Google (it combines two gauges of knitting, with the body knitted in a thin, soft single jersey and the sleeves knitted in braids. The bottom and cuffs are knitted in a 1×1 rib). It’s weird that it’s been styled with a shirt underneath because the blessing of this neckline is that you don’t need one and you still get some neck coverage.

Add your own washing up gloves, obviously. It’s available in 4 colours and is reduced from £119.99 to £59.99 HERE. The main picture is a better example of it not needing anything underneath.

Come the summer you will be congratulating yourself for snapping up a half-price. straight fit linen jacket that you can wear with everything from jeans to shorts to dresses. Every season brings linen jackets – white is wildly impractical but oh, so chic – at £25.99 HERE reduced from £49.99, it feels time to shut down the sensible voice in your head and just go for it.

There’s something really sexy about open work knits that actively show your skin underneath. I usually wear mine with a racer back bra top so the only skin available is that which is not covered by that. It’s a great holiday look with a pair of wide-leg, white linen trousers especially when you wear a camisole underneath like the model is in this picture. This is quite a heavy knit so it’s not some flimsy thing. And yes, if you wear it with just a cami underneath you will feel the chill which is great in summer and at parties. It’s not the jumper for a winter walk! Personally, I’d size up on this because the style looks even better as a looser fit. It’s £29.99 HERE, reduced from £49.99.
