Dates: May & June 2026
Deadly Dozen events feature track and gym-based functional exercise challenges designed to test physical endurance and strength. Deadly Run, the main event, combines 12 Journeys (a 400m track run) with 12 Labours (exercise stations). Compete as an individual, in a doubles team, or as a relay team.
The 2026 race series includes the following events:
- 2 May 2026 (Durban)
- 9 May 2026 (Johannesburg)
- 23 May 2026 (Stellenbosch)
- 13 June 2026 (Potchefstroom)
