I’ve been admiring Evereve from afar (if ‘afar’ can be considered daily scrolling online, haha) simply because they seemed to carry a really well-edited selection many of my fav brands (rag&bone, AGOLDE, Emerson Frye, Varley, etc). Their edit often includes pieces I don’t see other places and/or with styling that feels SO much more natural than other retailers. Want an example? I had no idea my fav rag&bone tee comes in so many colors…and those on-sale jeans I’ve been eyeing at Saks actually look like this (ohhhh…better).
Additionally, Evereve has an in-house line that looks really wearable and cute, at a price point that hovers around $100…ish. I’ve been really intrigued by this in-house line.
So when we happened to be in Boulder, CO a few weeks ago, and I happened upon an actual Evereve store (something I didn’t know even existed, haha)…I ditched my guys for an hour to go and check it out. I especially wanted to try on some in-house pieces. Spoiler: they were great. Here’s what I tried on (and what came home with me).
Evereve Try-On: Cute Maxi, Mini & Midi Dresses For Spring & Summer + Two Great Tops
Since I had never tried Evereve’s in-house line, that’s what I focused on. Specifically…dresses. And it turns out that Evereve has a TON of really great dresses. Think: natural materials (lots of cotton poplin), wearable lengths, pockets. If you want to see them in action, here’s a quick little IG reel of all of the dresses in this try-on.
1. Start Here: This Cute Outfit
top (os) | jeans (27) | sneakers
The jeans are Evereve and they’re fine: comfortable (and stretchy), cute, easy. The barrel shape, however, wasn’t enough of a barrel for me – they ended up looking too much like boyfriend jeans. (FYI there’s another pair I liked better – no photo, but I did shoot a quick IG reel, here.)
This top, however, came home with me. It’s Emerson Frye, made from 100% organic cotton, and is so deliciously airy and comfortable. It also looks a million times better in person than it does on the model. It has some cool design details that makes it look good from basically any angle:

Highly recommend.
2. The Dress I’ll Hem For Flip-Flops
This dress also came home with me! It’s not a natural fabric, but feels really good on. It has that feeling of being indestructible (yet breathable), and I plan to hem it for flip-flops and wear it at the shore. It’s the kind of piece that can look fancier than it is. I loved it. Fits TTS.
3. The Ridiculously Comfortable Dress
This dress is a dream to wear. The top is some sort of knit material, and the skirt is 100% cotton. You can wear a regular bra with it, it’s wildly forgiving, and it has pockets. The black/white combo is dead chic – there’s some Jackie O vibes, for sure. No notes. This dress is great (fits TTS).
4. A Swingy Mini That’s Actually Cute
This kind of dress – a swingy little mini, done in some sort of bright floral – is, admittedly, overdone. I usually skip over dresses like this – too boring! For some reason, tho, this one I liked. I think the 100% cotton poplin lends it a nonchalant, easy look (this style of dress is often done in polyester), and I think the big sleeves and slightly oversized fit make it fresh. The color is freaking spot-on, too – definitely more of a Jenni Kayne-caliber color (not too pink, not too orange, juuuust right). Fit is slightly oversized but I definitely would NOT size down – the oversized look is part of the charm here. Has pockets, too.
5. A Cute Bodycon Dress
If you’ve been looking for a bodycon dress that is *actually* comfortable…this one. Love the interesting stripes – they’re not quite nautical. And I’m always a sucker for anything in blue.
6. The Prettiest Cotton Poplin Sundress
This 100% cotton poplin dress is fun. Think: one part Reformation, one part White Lotus…but with pockets. Also available in white, fit is TTS. My only note here is that the bodice is a little short. Great for petites, but for tall gals, it almost has some empire-waist-ish vibes. Almost.
7. Another Pretty Cotton Sundress
This 100% cotton sundress has a completely ruched bodice that fits more traditionally (meaning it goes all the way down to the lowest part of your waist – there’s no hint of an empire-waist here). They only had a size medium in store and it was a little big, which makes me think this dress will also fit TTS. The black/white stripe is really cute in person (although the dressing room light is kiiiiind of killing me) but there’s a wildly chic tan floral option if you click through – that would be my top pick.
8. This Varley Sweatshirt
sweatshirt (xs) | jeans (27) | sneakers
Ok, I don’t know what happened in this pic, haha, but it is NOT doing this Varley sweatshirt justice (here’s an IG reel to better see it in action). This is another piece that came home with me. It looks really cute in person (I freaking promise), and has been especially perfect over leggings and bike shorts. Might be worth styling up a few ways (or doing a quick video). I’m wearing an XS which, uh, never happens: runs big.
Ok that’s it! Sorry about the lighting, Gang – I fixed it as much as I could without changing the actual color of the pieces. We’ll just chalk this one up to a good ‘ol try (the boys came back and were literally waiting outside the dressing room by the end, ha!). Anyway, these pieces were too good not to share.
xo,
