  • 1 (17.5-oz) package sugar cookie mix
  • ½ cup butter softened
  • tsp orange extract
  • 6-8 drops orange food color
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips (regular or mini)
  • Heat oven to 375°F. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.

  • In large bowl, stir cookie mix, butter, extract, food color and egg until soft dough forms. Stir in white chocolate chips.

  • Using medium cookie scoop, drop dough 2 inches apart on the preparedcookie sheets.

  • Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until set. Cool 3 minutes; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Serve warm or cool completely. Store tightly covered at room temperature.
