If there is one thing I have realized about sheet masks over the years, it is that not every sheet mask that promises hydration actually leaves my skin feeling hydrated. After using it, I can honestly say that hydration is where this mask stands out for me. It gives my skin that soft, juicy and plump feeling that I usually look for when my skin is dehydrated. However, if you are buying it mainly because you want a dramatic brightening effect, I would keep your expectations a little more realistic. This is much more of a hydrating and skin-plumping sheet mask for me than a brightening treatment.

The first thing that attracted me to the Dive In range was its focus on hyaluronic acid. Hyaluronic acid is one of those ingredients I naturally reach for when my skin feels dehydrated, tight or simply lacks that fresh, healthy look.

The Torriden Dive In Sheet Mask is designed to give the skin an intensive dose of hydration in a short amount of time. Like most sheet masks, it is essentially a quick skincare treatment that you can add to your routine when your skin needs a little extra moisture and freshness. But for me, the real question was not whether the mask contained hydrating ingredients. Almost every sheet mask today claims to hydrate. The real question was: does my skin actually feel different after using it? In this case, yes.

My First Impression of the Torriden Dive In Sheet Mask

When I first opened the mask, the amount of essence immediately caught my attention. It was thoroughly soaked, but it did not feel like the kind of sheet mask where essence is constantly dripping down your neck. If you have oily skin, you might initially think a highly hydrating sheet mask isn’t for you. But oily skin can still be dehydrated.
