Richa’s Top Tips

Use Small to Medium Mushrooms: Bigger mushrooms release more water and take longer to cook.
Coat Mushrooms in Butter Before Stuffing: This keeps the mushrooms flavorful, prevents them from drying out, and aids in even browning.
Don’t Overfill: A little stuffing goes a long way—overfilling can make them spill over.
Preheat the Air Fryer: This ensures they cook evenly and get that perfect golden finish.

Stuffing Variations to Try

The classic spinach and cheese combo is amazing, but why stop there? Here are some other delicious ways to stuff your mushrooms:

  • Spicy Kick: Add chopped jalapeños or a pinch of red pepper flakes for a little heat.
  • Creamy & Herby: Mix in cream cheese with fresh herbs like parsley or thyme.
