Alexa has a brand new trick, and Amazon Echo and Fireplace TV customers want it greater than anybody at present!
Ali Taylor, Head of Canine Behavior and Training at Battersea, told Express.co.uk of the techniques developed with Amazon, “Fireworks season can be a scary time for our pets, but there are things you can do about time of year to help a nervous animal. Leaving your dog for a walk earlier in the evening when the fireworks aren’t going or making sure your curtains are drawn can help, as well as using your devices to turn on the lights in the evening , play soothing music, or turn on the TV – all of these will help muffle the noise and sight of fireworks.
“Animals can hide if they’re worried about the fireworks. So create a cozy cave area and encourage your pet to settle in there by hiding some goodies. When you know your pet has violent reactions to fireworks.” , consider speaking to your vet before the celebrations to see if there are any medications that can help him with his anxiety and we always recommend not to leave him alone. “
